JotForm Google Sheet Integration Has Stopped

I cannot get jotform to feed data to our Google Spreadsheet. I tried removing the integration and reconnecting without success. Please help!

I your forms integration and it looks to be connected at this time.  I tried pushing the complete submission data to the sheet and it looks to have succeeded.  Check the sheet to see if the complete data is now there.

If it is not, let us know and we will have another look.

This was time sensitive, so I cloned the form and had it connected to a new google sheet. The cloned form and new sheet worked. 

I still don't know why the original form integration stopped working. 

I tried many things to get it back, including creating new integrations with new spreadsheets. It didn't work until I cloned the form.
