I have just upgraded our account payment USD 19.00 for the Bronze account.
But it still not working.
We need it FIXED URGENTLY!

You upgraded the account felipetoledo which does not have a single form. I've canceled the subscription and refunded this wrong payment.
It seems you are trying to upgrade another account, as the form 70675659514668 belongs to another account: globalattitude , both accounts are related to the same email address: email@example.com Such account is scheduled to downgrade on 2017-04-14 , so on that date you should re-upgrade it if you wish to continue on Bronze status.
