    Favorites do not save in Chrome

    There is little value in having a favorites list when you have to redo it everytime you use Jotform. Is this a Chrome issue?

    But if by chance your inquiry is about having issue making a bookmark or favorites list using Chrome browser... I have not encountered this on our end.

    I have a bunch of bookmarked/favorites lists of JotForm related url addresses for easy access during support duty.

    On the "My Forms" page there is Main, All, Unread, Favorites and Trash. On Main I click on the star button to "Favorite" a form. When I come back the favorite designation disappears.

    Hi,

    I tried reproducing the scenario. I just could not.

    I went to the extent of logging out and closing the Chrome browser. When I open and login again, the star favorite forms stays on. 

    Please try clearing the browser cache, then try favorite/unfavorite/favorite your form... logout, then login back. See if it will stick this time.

    Nope. Chrome Version 19.0.1084.56 on Mac with Lion.

    Truly sorry for inconvinience it may have caused. But I would like to ask few more details though, to be able to investigate further.

    Using other browser, were you able to save the favorite form? By chance, do you already have a favorite form before or you were not able to save one from the start...

    I will try to check further if this anomaly is reproduceable on my end. I will update if ever there is any indicative info available.

    Doesn't work on Safari, Firefox or Chrome.

    Here's what I do:

    Click on Main tab

    Click star on 3 forms

    Click Favorites tab

    Shows the 3 favorites

    Log out or exit Jotform or close Chrome/Safari/Firefox

    Log in or reload Jotform or reopen browser and load/login to Jotform

     

    Always no favorites

    I am sorry to inform you, but I can not reproduce this issue from my side.

    We have several domains:

    jotform.com

    jotform.net

    jotform.us

    jotformpro.com

    etc.

    What domain do you use to manage your forms? I hope this may help wtih the further investigation.

    I have tried to replicate this problem on both Mac and PC, but it is still fine there.

    It is possible that you have open jotform site in several tabs in your browser or some software installed on your Mac that prevents saving browser cookies (or that software just delete browser cookies on some action).

    You may try to test it on some other computer to make sure that Favorites are okay on your account.
