why are all my forms disabled!!

I am not phishing, i am losing productivity..

this is not a good way to start a relationship from someone spending $39/mo

I checked your account and I noticed that you have a form titled "Credit Card Authorization Form" from the Trash. Please note that creating such forms that ask users for their credit card details using the regular fields is against the Terms of use and it will suspend your account automatically by our Anti-Phishing Tool. If you want to collect payments from the form users, please use our Payment Processing Tool available in JotForm instead.

However, I noticed that your account is now back to good standing. Please refrain from doing this so you won't be suspended again.
