There was an issue with some widgets saved in our old v3 form builder today. The issue was fixed, but widgets need to be updated or re-added to the forms (e.g. Mobile Responsive widget cannot be updated so it should be re-added), otherwise those form might be affected by bugs. This is only related to forms which were saved today via v3 editor.
