Submission did not go through; Google Spreadsheet Integration not working

    Hi Jotform support,

    I've been facing some setbacks lately with the integration of the form and Google Spreadsheet. The whole system has been working since way back and I've been enjoying using it until when Jotform has upgraded to V4 and problems seemed to have surfaced. 

    Submissions were not updating on the Spreadsheet resulting in crucial mis-registrations which have caused us quite a huge problem. It seem like the integration works sometimes and sometimes not, which is causing me to have lose the confidence in depending on this system again.

    I'd like to urge the Jotform support team to look into this matter and hopefully we will be able to get a clear explanation so that we are able to explain it to our registered users.

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    I cloned your form and integrate it to my google spreadsheet. I did a test submit but I wasn't able to replicate the issue on my end. The submissions went successfully to my google spreadsheet.


    If it still doesn't work on your end and the submissions weren't updating, can you please try re-integrate google spreadsheet on your form

    If issue still persists, please let us know.
