Does the Master Account have access to all forms created by Sub-Accounts?

I hold the Master Account for my organisation and have several Sub-Accounts. I assumed that, as the Master Account manager, I would have automatic access to all sub-account created forms. Is that not so? Is there a way to ensure that I can see all sub-account created forms?

Sub user accounts do not have the capacity to create forms for the master accounts. They will only be able to view, edit, delete submissions, and view, edit, rename, delete forms.

So if a sub user creates a form, it is created under his own account and not for the master account.
