Please can you somehow help me to get my forms on your page back?

In january I sing in jotforms, I have created 3 forms. And today I tryed to open (to reach) one of my form, and find out, that all are lost/gone!

And here: https://eu.jotform.com/myforms I used to find my forms, now nothing, doesnt exist.

Can you help me, to get my forms back?
