Can the Dynamic Dropdown Widget be prepopulated?

I am using populated form via URL parameters,   does this widget support this?

Unfortunately, none of the widgets can be prepopulated. The main reasoning behind this is that each widget resides and sits on its own respective iframe. Prepopulation only works on regular form fields.
