Hi - please see attached PDF. You can see that we are using this form to request materials from the warehouse to our job sites (we are a construction company).
Things have been working great! One of the complaints I have been hearing is that when the configurable list gets really long (which is quite common for them to order a long list of materials), it puts the entire table on the next page. it's weird because sometimes it does this, other times it doesn't.
I am wondering if there are better ways to modify the PDF to get the page to break properly. It would also be great if there was a way to add page numbers and a header that stays consistent on all the pages if there are multiple. Is this possible?
Thank you for the help! You can reach me at lfritts@interstatemechanical.com or my cell 865-235-6090.

You could indeed customize your PDF report by going to the submissions page, clicking on the PDF button and selecting customize PDF option.
Here's also a guide about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report
However, if the widget is getting longer it will always display the data on different pages, you could only display it at the very end of the report to avoid confusion and get the info distorted, this way it could have one page for the widget's info only.
Regarding to your question about add page number or headers to the PDF report, this is not possible at the moment, but I will move it to another thread in order to escalate it to our second level as feature request.
