Do you have an electronic signature option?

Also, if the user can sign the form electronically, like PDF foms, as currently there is only the option to sign by mouse. 

I'm not sure what kind of e-signature you need since most of them requires either a mouse (for desktops/laptops), or a stylus/finger for touch-screen devices.

E-signatures are legally binding on almost all countries and states, but we still recommend consulting with your lawyer.

JotForm records the IP address and time of the signature made so that also provides additional confirmation about the signer of the document.
