I am getting the message below when trying to view a form. I've read in the forum that there were problems earlier this year, so I wanted to bring this to your attention. Is there anything I can do?

Apologies for the inconvenience this caused to you.
I have cloned your form and I was able to replicate the same on my end; however, after investigating with the form settings and fields added to it, I found that deleting the email auto-responder fixed the issue. It may be that there was a glitch on the code that adds the email to the form.
You could try doing the same on your end as well, please delete the email auto-responder and preview your form, it should work for you:
