How to receive notifications on separated emails?

Hello,

Is there any way to set email notifications when a jotform is filled out come one at a time rather than in a long string?  It's difficult to keep track of them in my application.

The emails may be sent as threads since they may have the same subject, but you could add one of your form fields in the subject that will work as identifier, this way you will receive separated emails from your notifications. You could also include the submission ID since it will be different for each submission. 

To do it, edit your email notification: 

Once on the email wizard you could click on the pencil icon right beside the email subject: 

Select the field, or fields, to be included in the subject and click on the apply button and do not forget to click on the save button at the very end of the wizard:
