I get the confirmation email but I cannot confirm it. I see white screen. and my account is suspended. What should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience, your account was suspended by our phishing system. It has been activated now. This phishing system is not updated to scan forms made in Turkish language. I have white-listed your form to avoid this from happening again.
