Is it possible to make changes in form's source code and upload it back?

I know this thread is old...but had a follow up question.  You can download the source code, but you can't upload any changes you make to it.  Is that correct?

Yes that is correct. You can download your form's full source code and make the desired changes you want. You will need to host the form yourself in your webserver as it is not possible to upload your form's source code back to JotForm for security reasons.
