Last two questions on my form are not translated

I added two more questions at the end of my form, they are 1) How did you hear about us 2) and the referral name. For some reason, even I provided the translation in Chinese under setting (see screenshot), it does not translate these two questions in Chinese when preview. Could you please have a look for me

I have inspected your form and I saw that last two fields are not translated. 

After that I have cloned your form and I saw that you have added translation form mentioned fields. 

I have resolved your issue by re-saving your form. 

Please test your form again.

Thanks very much. Yes it’s working now. Can you please let me know how to manually save the form as sometimes I made some changes but they are not saved?

The changes made on editing the translation should automatically be saved.

I cloned your form and did a test to edit the field translations and I was able to save the changes I made.
