Due to inconsistancy of forms being delivered using Jotform servers, we would like to set up a generic SMTP that our subusers can select when creating their forms. Ideally it would be a choice for subusers under Settings>Email>Advanced>Sender Email
I have created an SMTP, but my subusers do not see it as a choice when creating forms. Is there a way it can be added to the dropdown menu for all subusers?

The main account should set an SMTP in the Account Settings page. Here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings. After that, the main account should change the Sender Email of the Shared forms.
Please take note that the Sub-user will not be able to see the SMTP in the Sender Email.
