I feel stupid here but I edited a form and couldn't see how to save it.
The save button was greyed out.
Although the preview looks fine the old form remains on the site.
Is it not dynamic?

There is a slight cache problem with our Content Delivery Network based form URLs, our technicians are working on it.
In the meantime, you can load your forms bypassing our CDN (use URLs like http://www.), so that you will have up to day forms.
