How can I edit predetermined text in a form before submission?

I want to edit text within a form that changes daily. It has to stay the same format but small edits need to be made

i.e

1(CMYK, 2(CMYK)

to change to 

1(CMYK), 3(CMYK)

The only way to change that in the form daily is to actually edit the form and change the text. I couldn't find that text in your form, but that would be the only way.
