We have been recieving the PDF copies of the reports to our forms without a problem. However all of a sudden one staff member's PDF's are empty with a message about a bad gateway (screen shot attached)...the complete PDF is normal in the back of Jotform.
Can you please advise?

Could you please tell us more about the file, is that submission downloaded in PDF or some PDF file attached to submission and then downloaded?
Also, it would help if you could let us know which submission is affected with this problem so we can have a closer look.
