why cant I open png files from the form?

    i cant open png files people send me, is this a known issue? im trying to open in PS - 

     

    MESSAGE KEEPS SAYING - THE FILE FORMAT MODULE CANT PARSE THE FILE ??

    This message seems to appear in PS and not Jotform. Are you able to view the image in any image viewer?
