    How do I add reset button next to Submit button like image attached?

    Load the form in question into the form builder, click its submit button field and then Reset Button and save the form:

    The newly inserted button can be styled using injected CSS but unlike the submit button (where there's a toolbar button to edit its text), currently the reset button's text can only be changed if a copy of the form's full source is embedded into a web page of your choice. "Clear Form" can then be changed to "Reset" or whatever you deem suitable:
