Hello,
I am trying to create an approval workflow and I have read the articles how to do this. However, I cannot find a way to forward the form to an e-mail address that is to be populated on one of the fields on the form itself.
We won't have pre-defined approvers and the person populate the form needs to be able to specify the e-mail where the form will be forwarded to approval.
On the Change E-mail Recipent condition I can only type e-mail address but cannot chose value from an e-mail field.
How can I do this?
Thank you in advance,
Krasi

I cloned the form and analyzed the issue.
Since you don't have pre-defined approvers and the person populate the form needs to be able to specify the e-mail , that make the situation little complex.
But I figured a workaround, if that helps
Create an Autoresponder
To get the Field id follow the screenshot below:
Hope this helps.

Thank you for this.
I am not sure what you are achieving with this:

The approver will receive e-mail and when they hit “reply” it will be again their e-mail pre-populated in the “To” field.
Why are you adding the ID of the field in the Reply-to E-mail field on the autoresponder?
Thank you,
Krasi

No sure why, probably my colleague meant to put the email address of the requester. Anyways, you can remove unique name {azEmial39} from the "Reply-to Email" field of the autoresponder in order to avoid having the approver replying to himself.
Let us know if you need more help.
