My saved document looks correct in preview but not when I link to it?

Asked by jeffbennington on June 22, 2012 at 10:38 PM

This form ~> http://form.jotformpro.com/form/21733536270955 is correct in my file of documenys. I open it an everything looks great. And when I look at it in preview, it looks right. But when I copy and paste the url (after saving of course) it looks like the original that did not work. What is going on. Seriously, look at the file in my account, and then try pasting the link you get and it is not correct.

The problem is: 1. It is still has the line asking for a pic and requires the "Pen Name" line.

         2. But there should not be a line asking for a jpg pic and the pen name should not be required as found in my saved form.

HELP! Although it's too, late, we are already getting reports from folks who could not load and I'm sure those are all lost sales. And the ones who have informed us about the glitch, are probably convinced that working with us will be just as unreliable.
