Can't open my form and can't login

    Hello,

     

    I tried to login but this is impossible. Only the notice "AUTOSUSPENDED" is showing up. Changing the password is possible and after that the automatic forwarding works fine but a normal login result in the same problem.

     

    The login process was possible in the morning. It wasn't possible for me to public a form. It results always in an error with the Massage ‘This form isn’t active’ but it was active.

    Hello Felix,

    Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. As your form "Eintrag Station" has fields like "Techniker & Passwort für Softwarezugriff" which makes it suspected of being used for phishing.

    Authentication form can't be used in JotForm and creating such forms are against the Terms of Use. I have deleted the password field and activated your account again.

    Kindly refrain from creating form with email/password, login/password or credit card details.

    thanks for your help and the explanation.

     

    Now I understand the problem. The form is only for myself. But okay. Next time I try to remember and try to avoid using these buzzwords.
