I can't find my account

    Hi there

    I subscribed for the free trial just over a week ago and created a form. I was successfully using it and then when I clicked the link to view the form it said that the form had over exceeded the data quota. I am a little confused as I had only used this form a few times and now when I try to log in to my account it is saying it doesn't recognise my email. It's almost as if I hadn't set up an account as it's not showing on your system which is really weird.

    It took me a long time to get the form looking right and working and I'd hate to have lost it as I wish to continue using it (even if I have to pay)

     

    Im hoping you can look into this for me and find my account and form.
