URGENT Support Request!! There is a bug in your system

    Dear Sirs,

    I have an account - sonysworld, with JotForm.

    Yesterday, I had creaded a new form called KidsFest and i noticed that there is some mistakes happening.

    While i am logged into my JotForm account within the edit mode of my form, the form has all the data fields i had put into it. Further then, i hit the preview button and it seem perfectly fine.

    However, if i press the option to view in another tab or the source code / embedding method, then the form is not exactly what i had made -- there are some missing field and some other extra fields.

    Please could you look into this and do the needful ASAP.

    The form is for a Christian VBS event and we need to send out the forms soon so i would appreciate your earliest assistance in this matter.

    Please use the www version of your form. For example:


    We're having issues with our CDN provider, that's why forms using "form.jotform.me" or "form.jotform.us" do not seem to be updated.

    We're sorry for this inconvenience. Our supervisors are sorting out this problem. Hopefully, we'll be able to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
