Can submitters email address be recognized by receiver instead of noreply@jotform.com

This form is received into an RT queue  called docrequest@davisvision.com by the submitter.  The RT queue sends an autoreply but the response goes to noreply@jotform.com  and not the actual submitter.  We need the autoreply from RT queue to send the confirmation response to the actual sender.  How can this be accomplished or is this possible, thanks.

    Please respond to kdegraphenreed@davisvision.com, thanks.

As I tested it, the reply-to function from the notification received on a web-based email like Gmail, it is adding the email field recipient normally.

Could you try testing it using Gmail and see if that works for you? Let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist.

Actually, we would like the submitters email to be recognized in the from field of the email instead of Jotformnoreply@jotform.com.  Also we would not use gmail but our company email address/employee.  Suggestions, thanks.

we would like the submitters email to be recognized in the from field of the email instead of Jotformnoreply@jotform.com

When you click on Reply-To, the From email address will be automatically changed to your email address.

Also we would not use gmail but our company email address/employee.

Could you let us know if you are using any Email client like Outlook, etc which may be causing the issue? If your company email has a web interface, could you try logging into it an see if that works?

    Thanks!

Ok. Please let us know if the issue still persists with the web interface so that we can take a look again.

    Thank you!
