I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Could you provide us with more information with the requirement that you are looking for so that we'll see what best we can do in this regard?

We will wait for your response. Thank you!

There are different Material Design frameworks that allows users to create sites and forms using Material Design principles.

How can I implement a framework like this in order to use JotForm as a form builder, AND make my forms look Material?

Here is an example of such a MD framework:

You will need to use custom CSS in order to change or customize the form fields with this type of design. Here's a guide on How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes.

You can also download the form's source code and upload it to your web server. In this way, you have a control in the HTML, CSS and Javascript files of the form. You can even implement this CSS framework if you like to. Here's a guide: How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form.

We do have themes that you might want to use, here's an example: https://www.jotform.com/theme-store/theme/cool-and-minimal

Please check the Form Themes Stores page. Here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/theme-store/

    Hope that helps. Thank you.
