How to change Submission Date Timezone?

Hello,

Everytime a form is filled out, we receive a notification of the form as well as a PDF attachment of that form. However, the submission time is on the wrong time setting, we are Mountain time, and depending on who fills it out, it gives us Eastern time or Central time, how can we make them all Mountain time?
