I am currently updating a material order form for a summer program. Clients are limited to the number of materials they can order by the number of sites they sponsor. Is there a way to set up that condition in Purchase Order?
I like the clean, contained format of Purchase order. Right now, I have a big image when text fields that are under it, that really don't seem to belong together. -

Unfortunately it is not possible to use conditional logic to pass values to payment field, such as Purchase Order.
Possible workaround would be to use basic fields and then to perform calculation inside of your form. This way you will be able to use conditional logic to limit number of products they can select.

You can also pass calculation to payment field.

I have moved your other question to separate thread and we will provide you an answer there shortly.
