How can the payment be made for if I need to use forms for 3 months only?

Do I need to pay monthly or lump sum amount for 3 months if we choose to pay by debit card which will not be on auto renewal? 

How will the institute discount be validated? Does one need to sign in using the institute email ID?

We do not have a billing cycle for 3 months. My recommendation would be to sign up for a monthly subscription and cancel it after the third payment. Stripe (our payment processor) should take the debit card .
