New client payment issue (Indonesia)

    A new client payment issue (from Indonesia Bank). They claim jotform won't take the info/payment. Using Stripe integration, payment never made it to Stripe. Please advise?

    Is there any error message received? Please ask the client to make sure his credit card credentials are correct. He may also contact his bank for further help, or try using a different credit card.

    Have you received any other report where another user has received the same error when attempting to pay? If not, please ask your client to try with a different credit card.
