How to redirect to a second form if the first one has been disabled?

I have created a form, and it is working wonderfully (YAY!), however it was created on my personal account and my company just purchased the silver account for their use.

I have created a tinyurl that redirects folks to the form on my account, and that has been distributed to a significant amount of folks, and on lots of printed literature.

Since I can't change the tinyurl, is there a way to redirect the form number to the new form on the silver account?

    Thank you,

    Paul

If the form may be moved to the other account, then we could do that for you, this way the form will keep it's ID and the link will not be changed, at least that you created a custom URL to your form.

But, if it's not possible to move the form from your account to the other one, you could just disable the fields on your form and then redirect automatically to the other form.

To hide the fields, click on the preferences icon and go to the advanced tab:

Scrolling a bit down you will find the option to hide a field:

Then add the Global Countdown widget to the form and set it to one second, this way it will take only 1 second to redirect to the other form, also set the field to submit when the time is up.

Once you've done this, you could add the link to your second form as custom thank you page, this guide will help you with that: https://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page

Here's also the link to my sample form, you will see a counter that will redirect you to the other form: https://form.jotformpro.com/70736810363960

I would also suggest you to delete email notifications on your first form, the one where you will add the custom page and countdown widget, this way you do not get notified about the redirection.

Also, do note  that this will still be counted as submission so this will be counted against your submissions limit.

If you have any question, please let  us know.

    Thank you for the response.

Who do I need to contact to move the form from one account to the other?

I would prefer that, because it seems the easiest.

    Thank you
