Unable to login and I am not receiving password reset emails.

    My work email that is used for jotform is Charlie@nha.travel however I am unable to receive any emails from you so therefore I am not receiving support resolution as well. I am unable to login to my account and am trying to get a password email sent to me. Please resolve this quickly so I may work again. Below is my jotform.
