Can I submit custom fields and have them returned in emailed form?

For example I generate a custom URL:

www.jotform.com/myform?userid=12345

In my form can I:

1, hide the passed url parameter userid=12345

2, pass the url parameter in the completed email sen back to me

If you prepopulate your form fields via URL Parameters, it is not possible to hide prepopulated fields from link.

If I did not understood your question correctly, please explain in more details what exactly are you trying to achieve. Also provide us ID of your form and if possible a screenshot of what are you trying to hide.
