When I make changes, the changes are not reflected in the form

Now when I make changes, the changes are not reflected in the form.
Take a look at the Payroll form and try to see the changes.

Hi, I cloned the form Payroll and I was able to make changes without encountering any issues. Please provide more details about the issue. What are the changes that didn't reflected in the form?
