Doc storage and triggered emails

    Hi there,

I was just referred to JotForm and had a few questions:

    1. We are looking to embed a form with the upload doc feature into an Instapage landing page. Where would that form live upon upload?

    2. We use a program called selligent for our ESP. If we wanted to trigger an email to them immediately after they submitted the form, what needs to happen?

    Thanks!

    Hello Bretlyn,

To answer your questions, when receiving file submissions, the document gets stored on JotForm's servers. You can access the submission by going to the submissions page of your form. You can check this guide to know how: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions

You may also integrate your form with Google Drive, Dropbox, or Box and a duplicate of the file will be submitted to any of these integrations. This way, you get an instant back-up of your submissions. Or even get to save it automatically to your computer, provided that you have their app installed on your computer.

Here are some links on making integration with these apps:

On your 2nd question, you can set-up an autoresponder email on your form. This will trigger to send an email to the person who made the submission as soon as the form gets submitted. You can check this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-Up-an-Autoresponder-Email
