Change email recipient based on form drop down box selection

Is it possible to create a hidden table of email addresses that are linked to a field on a form which when selected, will take the relevant email address from the table and use that as the recipient email, ideally with a master email address as cc?

Its allowed me to manually enter optional email addresses based on selections made.

I'll just have to create about 80 rules which is time consuming but worth it.

(Was hoping I could use a table or database of data but this works)
