How to customize file uploads name based on a field in the form?

Also, is there anyway you can customize the image name based on the name field in the form??

So far this is not possible, the uploaded file will keep its original name and it cannot dynamically change. 

If you want, we could forward this thread to our second level as feature request, but we cannot provide an ETA about when this may be implemented or ensure it will developed.
