How do I show Headers and Text fields in Encrypted Forms?

Asked by rfkmanhattan on March 16, 2017 at 12:11 AM

I have an encrypted form that I need to show headers and text boxes - particularly text boxes that give permission or medical release information.  All that shows up when I print is a name and their signature.  This will not do me any good if I have to take a kid to the hospital.  I need to have the statement that they are agreeing to printed out.  I thought printing a PDF would help, but I can't seem to print it except from my My Forms Inbox area.  My emails are encrypted, which is fine, as I just go to the website to print it.

    Hello rfkmanhattan,

If I understand your question correctly, you are printing the submissions from your form's submission page. You want to include headers and text fields also in the print. Is that correct?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement and you may like to take a look at the following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-Show-Headers-and-Text-in-the-PDF
