I accidentally paid $190 1 hour ago to continue my subscription. However, I realised I no longer need to use the service provided by Jotform. Is there anyway I can cancel this subscription and get a refund? I have not used any service from Jotform after paying for my subscriptions. Please get back to me ASAP.
