Why all my forms are disabled?

    Sorry, my account seems to be locked on this issue, I am trying to add a new form which required authentication to fill in the form, then all of my form are disabled, can you please help to check?

    Hello,

    I did check your account "A001" and did not find any issue with that. It seems you have one another account with username "brian_chung" which is suspended by our anti-phishing system. 

    I did check your form "Clone of Password protected form" and it seems you have added conditions to show the reset of the form based on the text entry in "Key" field. I would suggest you to please edit your form title and remove the password text.

    For now, I have activated your account and all your forms are back online. Do try to sign in to your JotForm account and get back to us if you have any trouble.
