How can I cap the amount of people who can sign up for something using my form?

Hello,

I am organising a ladies retreat and we have almost reached full capacity for the center.  I would like to cap the form so that no more than 39 people can sign up (otherwise I won't have rooms for them and will have to rent rooms in a hotel nearby!).  I can't seem to find a way to do this except to disable the form once we get to 39 signed up?  Is that the right way to cap an event?

You can limit the number of submissions a form can receive.

Inside of Form Builder click on Settings button, then select Form Settings tab and Form Status to Disable on submission limit. Finally set Submission Limit to 39.
