Once a user/respondent submits the form, in general, 2 emails will be sent:
1. Email Notification - This goes to you as the form owner
2. Autoresponder - This goes to the user's email address, the one he/she filled out on the form
If you only set 1 recipient for your Email Notification, then there shouldn't be any problem. But I'll still list a few limits when it comes to sending/receiving emails:
- Free Plan users can only send/receive up to 20 emails per hour
- You're limited to just 10 recipients in a single Email Notification
