Still no refund in my Paypal account

On 27 February you said I could expect refund payment to appear on my Paypal account in next few days.  Nothing has appeared.  You say payment has been processed, so can you please let me know what is going on.  How much you are refunding and when I can expect payment.  Thank you

Upon checking our records, I found that $190 refund request was forwarded to our billing team and refund was also processed as well. 

I am forwarding a request to our billing team to track the status of the refund. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.
