Is it possible to search for an existing submission from the form?

We are trying to decide if we want to go with your program or not, need to know the following: Currently we have customers that call in some new and some existing the call center takes these calls and gathers information (street address, name, number, email, etc.) via google form. What I would like to have happen which the google form cannot due is have it where if an existing customer calls in we can find that customer on the form (maybe by getting their email address) and all of the information would then pre-populated. Would need all of this information then to go to google spreadsheet for us to store in addition to going to your contact manager/CRM.

I understand that you want to search for an user from the existing submissions and prepopulate the form with the user information. Unfortunately, it is not possible to search for information from a submission directly from the form. However, it is possible to integrate your JotForm with Google spreadsheets so that the form submitted information will be sent to the spreadsheet. 

You may setup a notification on the form to send the information to your contact manager.
