We've had some complaints from a few parents trying to fill out our Lets Row form that the payment option isn't working. There is only 1 choice, so the button is grayed out, but automatically filled in. After parents hit submit, they get an error message saying they haven't filled out the payment option. I'm wondering if it's a problem with the link to Paypal or a Jotform issue.
Also, I don't know if it's just my home or you, but your website is taking several minutes to load, as are forms. Sometimes I can't load anything at all. I don't know if a server is down somewhere but it's making it very difficult for me to try to fix things on my end. -

I tested your form and just hit SUBMIT right off the bat to see if I would get the error, but of all the unfilled fields on your form, only the Payment Field didn't throw an error. And it's mainly because the field has been pre-selected as you described.
Can you also do a test from your end using your form 70654206508959 and see if you can reproduce what the parents were reporting?
If you can replicate the error, kindly share a screenshot of how you saw it from your end.
