I have a client who receives orders for camps. The client receives 3 emails: one says profile canceled, one says you received a payment and one says you have a new automatic payment profile for someone. They client uses paypal to accept payments. Could this be a jotform or paypal issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.Page URL:

It seems to be normal since this is a recurring payment form. It means that PayPal will create an automatic payment profile for each user, and if there is only one payment the profile is canceled immediately. Your client might be able to manage the email notifications settings from the PayPal account.
