Why I'm getting exceeding quota message?

    We are getting an exceeding quota message when our account overview shows we have not even used 10% of it?  See attached

    I checked your account and yes, you are not even close to any of the limits:

    I cleared your forms cache, please check and let us know if the issue still persists.

    Also, if you can tell us how did you get that over quota message?
